Who even are we?

We're Tiff and Amy, the two best friends behind The Literary Wives! We're just your average nerdy (one of us has a doctorate and the other is just nerdy without the accolades), slightly awkward, extroverted, book loving, Dr. Pepper drinking, Taylor Swift obsessed, millennial duo. Tiff is the blonde, Amy is the redhead. Feel free to think of us as your high-energy, easily excited book camp counselors. 

Tiff grew up in small town Alabama and found reading as both an escape and a reward from all that studying while Amy grew up in a not-at-all-small (read, large) military city in Virginia, reading with a flashlight under the covers late into the night. Tiff studied science in college while Amy studied religion. Fast forward into adulthood, after a chance meeting at work, our friendship was born! We love a sweet treat, neither one of us drinks coffee, one of us doesn't like chocolate and the other doesn't like pickles (don't worry, we found a way past this - Amy gets all the chocolate while Tiff gets all the pickles). And one of us was injured during a very intense moment of karaoke last Christmas. So basically, we're a good time. 

We're both married to two of the best dudes on the planet (we love them despite their constant eye rolls at our shenanigans) and Tiff is mom to two sweet boys along with two pups while Amy's the resident cat lady. We both call Birmingham, AL home and love a good cocktail (even if one of us has a tragic backstory with tequila).
